Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Processing

All monetary transactions made by users on this website are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners. University Guide does not store, manage, or take responsibility for any discrepancies, transaction failures, or technical issues that may occur during payment processing.

2. Refund Eligibility

University Guide reserves the full right to review and consider refund requests only in exceptional circumstances. Refunds may be considered in cases where the amount paid by the user exceeds the applicable fee for the number of applications or services availed.

We also retain the right to verify or review the college and course preferences submitted by the user in cases of payment shortfall or excess payment before processing any refund request.

3. Transaction Records

Users must retain the Transaction ID and Payment Receipt Number issued by the payment gateway for all future correspondence, payment tracking, or refund requests. Failure to provide valid proof of payment may result in rejection of the refund request.

4. Deadline & Late Payments

Any pending payments must be cleared before the respective application or service deadline. Payments received after the stipulated deadline may not result in acceptance of the application or service request by the concerned institution or authority.

University Guide shall not be held liable for such cases, and no refund will be entertained for payments made after the applicable deadlines.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after payment.
• Failure to meet eligibility criteria of universities.
• Rejection of application by the university or institution.
• Incorrect information provided by the user.
• Payments made to unauthorized accounts or third parties.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once an application or service request has been initiated or submitted to the respective university/institution, cancellation may not be possible. Requests for cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by University Guide.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days and credited to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking channels.

8. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions are made at the sole discretion of University Guide. The decision shall be final and binding on the user.
